[Like many others, the recent experiment had caused Elliot Nightray some grief. Unlike everyone else, though, Elliot wasn't worried about his "family" situation now that things were over with. Something else has been worrying him instead. Namely...]

Everyone affected by that experiment had dreams last week, right? Did anyone dream of things that didn't happen? Or things that couldn't have happened?

[Unfortunately, there isn't much to do since it's raining, so housemates can find Elliot sitting near the living room window, reading. It doesn't look like he's enjoying it, though. Something's really bothering him about those dreams.]

[He blinks as he settles his fingers onto the keys. That's...really unexpected.

Still, it's not something that he can't do, so he'll watch Elliot's fingers, noting the key that he plans to start on, the chords- and murmurs a soft:]

[He nods, placing his own fingers over the keys. He hadn't tried to write anything since coming to Luceti, but that didn't mean he had stopped thinking about it. There were no solid ideas, though, nothing he was certain of. Maybe this would help inspire him.

Elliot starts playing slowly. He only has a vague idea of where he'd like this to go, but that sure isn't going to stop him.]

[He's familiar with Elliot's style of playing, of his likes and dislikes when it came to embellishing the tune, but even then, playing blind to someone else playing blind isn't as easy. He stumbles over certain notes as he attempts to match the tempo, but these mistakes fade out as he concentrates to complement Elliot's melody.]
